Made with only natural sourdough passed through a 48-hour double fermentation, just like the traditional and classic panettone. While this is a far cry from a traditional Panettone, it is nothing short of extraordinary. Filled with candied sour cherries, crunchy pistachios and candied lemon, the consistency is soft and moist with an elegant and strong flavor. Made with four times more eggs than many other panettones on the market, it is extremely rich and extremely moist with a tender crumb. It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings and vegetable fats.

In 1882, Luigi Olivieri began baking in the town of Arzignano in the northeastern Veneto region, at the very base of the Alps. Today, with Chef Nicola Olivieri at the helm, the family continues on with the proud tradition of hand making panettone cakes with only top-quality ingredients, using a natural process and time-honored techniques.
