Acetaia Castelli is a fourth-generation family company currently operated by Andrea Lotti. It was started by his great grandfather Giuseppe who stored barrels made of different wood in the attics. Each generation add another level of business and continue the fine tradition of noble balsamic vinegar production. The family’s estate and production is located are in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena. The company is named after the road where it all takes place just beyond the center of their village.
