We are delighted to share this exclusive tasting flight as a tribute and celebration to the art of preserving Parmigiano Reggiano made exclusively from the milk of the three ancient breeds from Emilia-Romagna, Italy.
The set includes a 10 oz wedge of each 24 month aged Parmigiano Reggiano from the Bruna Alpinas (brown cow), Vacche Rosse (red cow) and the Bianca Modenese (White Cow). Also included in the set is a parmigiano cheese knife and brochure that details information about each breed, their history and tasting notes.
